Is Useminty's invoice generator really free?
Yes — the Free plan lets you create up to 10 invoices per month with no credit card required. For unlimited invoices, a Pro plan is available.
What format are the invoices exported in?
Invoices are exported as standard A4 PDF files, ready to email or print. A Pro plan will also offer XML export for accounting software.
Can I create invoices in currencies other than EUR?
Yes. Useminty supports any currency — EUR, USD, GBP, RON, and many more. You can set a different currency per invoice.
Do I need to install any software?
No. Useminty is entirely web-based. It works in any modern browser on desktop or mobile — nothing to download or install.
Can I add my logo to the invoice?
Logo upload is coming in the Pro plan. On the Free plan, your business name is prominently displayed as a text header.
Is my data safe?
All data is stored in a secure, encrypted PostgreSQL database (Supabase). We never share your business or client data with third parties.
